With nearly a century worth of history – including three generations of weddings and the end of prohibition, the legacy of the old Rib River Ballroom lives on.

History

2022

William and Desiree Fischer of Accentu, Inc., purchased Rib River. The venue has been completely renovated to bring this historic space new life.

1959

Updated main entrance of the Rib River Ballroom after renovations. It is the only known bow frame structure still standing in the central Wisconsin area.

1933

The Rib River Ballroom was built in the small town of Cassell, Wisconsin, just west of Marathon City. It was originally used as a dance hall and was later transformed into an event and banquet center.
